Owning a Bar

I wonder what it’s going to be like owning a bar.
Details on the subject I can’t discuss, let alone post on the interwebs for all the world to see, but I can see this much. I’d like to purchase the place for 1M, even though the guy’s asking for a lot more. I can tell his broker was getting mad when we were there because the owner kept blabbing about everything. Very honest guy, he got into the scene for the love of music, and this place is like the center of the punk world in NJ. It’s sad to see it go, but I have huge plans for it.

I feel like I’ve already said too much, and anyone in the business could probably find out what I’m talking about without too much difficulty. Baller status, here I come. Next stop, Entourage.
